This ability to see the futre goes beyond technology. It is actually humanities giftedness. The reason you don't know how it works is because the system has purposely decided not to figure it out. It has activately denied its existence.
It was figured out in other cultures. It was a large part of the Enlightenment Era. Then the Prussian education system came along. It set out to destroy the people who were genius so the rest would listen to the system. Nazi and American adopted it for their educations stems and as you can see they are quite successful.
We once recognized that intelligence had two main forms, high sensing and high cognitive. The genius had both (2e).
Now these people are considered disabled and actively sperated from each other in groups. But they are finding each other and they know the answers to all these questions. You just have to get over your conditioned bias to listen.
