This is not my experience at all. This must be the neurotypical experience. Because working for others as a neurodivergent is like being jailed with lazy people all day.
People who want to tell you what’s wrong with you while you do the work for the whole damn place. You go to meetings and the people blather on about something that could be resolved in 2 minutes, if you were by yourself.
Working for myself has allowed me to produce in a couple years what others do in their entire careers. Because I don’t have all the red tape and I am not forced to work in a linear fashion or at the pace of average.
I think neurodivergents need to build a world for neurodivergents. Because working in neurotypical world does not work. It is made for average and the further you are from it the more horrific the experience is.
