We are not supposed to live in hierarchy. Speaking up is what smart people do to save the group. But in hierarchy you must put your intelligence aside and care take the immature leader. Our systems are run by the most fragile, narcissists and Psychopaths and they don't care about results they care about their own fragile egos. It's not neurotypicals only. I just quit an entirely neurodivergent filled position because they were even worse the the neurotyps.
It's about hierarchy and being smarter. We are outliers. Really smart people assume we should be equal. Smart people don't want control. They don't need it to feel fine.
Our systems makes NT fragile by lying about what intelligence is. Are you aware of how the 2D brain works. It can't t think it can only regurgitate certain facts. It is very insecure.
So they want you to pretend they are smarter because they have control. I did this for a bit. It drove me insane. Why? Because I am an insanely good mental modeler. When people don't do the right thing I can see the ramifications out for years. It's like dominoes falling in my brain.
Genius should not be working in hierarchy. They should be working on their own. They should be brought into consult and then let go home. They wear us down making us regular and suppressing our brilliance. It's time to be free or go insane working for idiots. Socrates chose death it irritates him so much. I would do the same.
