The Inevitable Crumbling

It is time we begin the hard conversations — conversations with those in power, the ones steering us deeper into collapse, about the true viability of the elite-controlled tech fiefdoms that so many imagine will thrive in a collapsing world. The reality is stark and uncomfortable: we are not governed by the most brilliant minds, but by the most ruthless. Before we plunge further into chaos, we must confront the harsh realities of environmental degradation, resource scarcity, and the inherent fragility of the complex systems that have propped up modern civilization. These factors, often minimized or ignored, will hasten the collapse of even the most fortified technological enclaves.

In this crumbling world, we must also confront a truth about the people those in power have historically valued most: the highly cognitive individuals, prized for their intellect and specialized skills, have become the perfect instruments of the system. They are those who can perform intricate tasks, follow complex commands, and solve specific problems within the narrow frameworks handed to them. In essence, they are the ideal servants of the current paradigm, cogs in a machine designed to operate efficiently under the direction of those in power. But with the rise of artificial intelligence, this cognitive workforce — once deemed indispensable — will soon be rendered obsolete.
